SATSUMA CUM LAUDE. Satsuma for the win. The process is messy but the JUICE is sweet. Seedless Satsumas, way more delicious than calamansi even though I am doing it so sloppily with my one hand holding my phone, spilling precious juice all over the table. It must be a little disconcerting to watch. Don’t worry I scraped the pulp bits into the glass so yay! No need to sweeten, they are perfect straight up, but a dollop of Honey can make it fantastic. From the cold and foggy Malabing Valley in Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya, best squeezed chilled. The next batch of Satsumas are from two different farmers. They’re classified RR which means their skin has something to be desired. It’s the juice that’s important, it’s perfect especially if we made the price CHEAPER.
