LIMA BEANS SNAP BUY

LIMA HAVE THAT! Last Christmas some of our farmers brought PATANI (LIMA BEANS) for our show-and-tell at RuRi Baguio. We asked them to grow this crop with the promise to buy, and they did! Here was our first encounter with highland-grown Lima Beans.
We have 30 SALOPS, perhaps more. The Salop contains the equivalent of what is in this can (encircled). What possibilities you can make with this! Lima Bean Soup, Lemon-Garlic Lima Beans, Lima Beans with Ham, Lima Beans Curry, Lima Beans in Stewed Tomatoes—and dami, and sarap!
