LEMONS FALLING, FARMERS TRYING. With rain not letting up, the hillsides have become slick with mud and the rivers the farmers have to cross swollen. This has hampered the harvest of LEMONS so much. In spite of their best effort, two groups of farmers (one from Camp 7 and another from Tabaan Sur) were able to give us just 2.2 tons last night. We’ll try again on Friday. Time is of the essence. The Lemons continue to fall in the rains, and the rain keeps up, the farmers will be left with nothing to sell.
