BAGING YOUR INDULGENCE. Mang Art, a farmer living around Camp Mingan, one we like working with, has 80~100 kilos of KAMOTENG BAGING for us. It’s the red skinned, yellow-fleshed variety, a most desirable variety. Freshly-dug and dirt-encrusted, your eating pleasure from this is basic and oh-so-satisfying.
Here are the Kamoteng Baging in the sacks they came in from the foothills of Camp Mingan. And this is Mang Art, kamote and sitaw farmer extraordinaire.
SNAP BUY: KAMOTENG BAGING. We are looking for a few Rural Rising members to get some of Mang Art’s Kamoteng Baging. Pay P502 for 10 kilos. FM’s get 11 kilos.
