SILA MUNA. We had 400 kilos of ORGANIC BABY CARROTS last week. We opted to donate and not sell. Some of the carrots went to Li’l Bravehearts an organization working with children with Down’s Syndrome. How excited they were to get organic produce, normally priced out of reach for some of these families. Some of the carrots we had Tac Bakeshop and Pastries turned into bread, and donated to the victims of a residential fire in Cardiz Street in Brgy. Tatalon, QC. The rest of the carrots we peeled and gave to Alagang Kapatid Foundation. Those are our carrots, and our lettuce too, in the pancit served to victims of another residential fire in Sitio Aroma in Tondo, Manila. No carrots for the members but that’s alright, right?
