LYCHEE NAMAN BUHAY ITO. Since we started Rural Rising, we intentionally stopped eating apples in support of our local farmers. Hindi malaking kawalan, there are so many local fruits that taste so much like apples. What we miss most however are LYCHEES, juicy imported fruit that tastes like no other. If only it grew in the Philippines, we sighed, wouldn’t that be wonderful? We’ll we just learned that it did, in Nueva Vizcaya. How wonderful!

So you see: these what the Local Lychees look like. Just like imported lychees but only much more wonderful. Oh, we used that word twice already.
