KASIBU ORANGES AND DINGALAN HONEY

KAHELCITO. Here in Cebu, they call Calamansi “Lemoncito”. We love it, how Spanish. As it happens, some sweet, juicy and small Kasibu oranges arrived back at RuRi, along with a small stock of HONEY that we planned to hoarding. Might as well send them out. “Kahelcito” yes I think that is what we’ll call this, a pairing of three kilos of squeezable oranges and a bottle of tried-and-true Dingalan Honey.
