PAPAANO NA PIPINO? As we speak, Pipino (Cucumbers) are coming in and coming in, and piling up at the NVAT in Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya. They are coning in from many different places: Aritao, Kasibu, Dupax, Ambaguio and Quezon towns in Nueva Vizcaya. Tons and tons. Please let’s not start blaming the farmers for planting the same thing. Please let’s figure out how to help them. Dust off your Pipino recipes, sure. Think of who you will give some Rescue Pipinos to, please do that. Tatapusin lang natin ang event na ito, then we’ll sit down ni Andie and figure out what to do to help with this bumper crop of bumper problems. Hindi masyadong “sexy” ang pipino (or is it?) but we need to take away a mountain or else the farmers will come tumbling down. It will take only a day, if more Pipinos come in (and they surely will!) everything you see here will go to the dumping grounds. Tons and tons. Papaano na ang Pipino farmers natin?

URGENT PIPINO SNAP BUY. We are empathizing with the pain of our Nueva Vizcaya Pipino farmers and are praying for our group to have the power to help. Will you support a Rescue Buy effort for P199, your share shall be 5 kilos.
