SAN LEONARDO’S BEST. We made a quick trip to Camp Mingan to attend the inauguration of the nearby Gabaldon Climb monument. How near? Can you say 20 meters away from the property line? Along the way, we stopped to buy as much SMOKED SALMON that would fit into our 48 quart Coleman. 22 packs, enough to make 100+ bottles of BONELESS SMOKED SALMON. Successfully conveyed to a Gabaldon farmer who debones, cooks and bottles it, available soon for your enjoyment. Allow us to share with you what the new Gabaldon Climb monument looks lie, and what the Salmon looks like before it’s elevated.

Back read the story:
BONELESS SMOKED SALMON . Until two months ago, our route to Camp Mingan had always been NLEX-SCTEX-TPLEX-CLLEX. Then we discovered the joys of the old road that starts at Balagtas in Bulacan, and we have never taken our old route again. So much to see and a lot to discover, like this one, Smoked Salmon. Supplied by a lifelong vendor/maker on the stretch of road between Gapan and San Leonardo, our RuRi vegetables never tasted so good combined with traditionally smoked fish. Be one of the first to taste this RuRi exclusive. Smoked in San Leonardo, processed and bottled in Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija. Tell us how much you like it, we can can make it a regular offering.

More information about this:
The Salmon is bottled with canola oil, carrots, bell peppers, leeks, onions, garlic, black pepper, bay leaf, Kikkoman soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and “siling demonyo”.

BONELESS SMOKED SALMON. We are seeking support for our first ever RuRi fish-based offering. If you give P499, you shall get two (2) bottles and a free kilo of extra produce.
