RAISING UP THE PRODUCE AND THE PRODUCERS. We gave Margarita Forés a tub of red and yellow cherry tomatoes and right there, she promptly had them elevated with olive oil and pasta. It’s not a dish, it’s enshrinement. Two other pasta dishes followed shortly, but our bite of the first was the most unforgettable. That moment, we felt so proud of our farmers from Tublay, and all of our farmers for that matter.
