MANGOONG

MANGOONG. What we have here are 30 kilos of BIYAKIN MANGOES. The mangoes come from an Urdaneta, Pangasinan farmer’s backyard trees.

To match the mangoes, we made ginisang bagoong in our kitchen. The alamang we used was from Lingayen, Pangasinan, the source of sources for this condiment.
