  1. How do I participate in the effort to help distressed farmers?
    We run campaigns and sell the produce of farmers that ask us for help. You may check our FB Group for their stories and a link to buy their produce. We also accept donations through the following Channels:

  2. Where do you deliver?
    We deliver within Metro Manila and adjacent towns and cities, or where door-to-door services (Lalamove, Grab, etc.) are available.
  3. Do you do COD?
    Unfortunately, no since we need to pay the farmers for their produce immediately. All orders are processed by placing the order on our website.
  4. Do you accept Walk-Ins?
    Unfortunately, not at Ruri QC but soon at Ruri ATC (Alabang) and Ruri Centera (Mandaluyong).
  5. What produce do you have?
    The produce varies depending on which distressed farmer we are helping on any given day. Please join the FB Group to keep abreast of the Rescue efforts.
  6. Where’s my order? It hasn’t been delivered yet!
    Most often than not, we are handling large volumes of orders at the same time. Delays in the delivery may be experienced but rest assured that we will endeavor to dispatch your orders as soon as possible.
  7. How will I know if my order is ready for pick up?
    We will announce on our Viber Channel and FB group when it’s ready for pickup.
  8. I accidentally chose Personal Pick Up instead of delivery. Can I have it delivered to my address?
    You can always send a rider (Lalamove, Grab, etc) to pick up your orders. In cases that you can’t attend to book a rider, you may send us a message via FB Page or an SMS to 0968 880 7787 / 0917 180 7787 and ask for delivery.  We charge a flat rate of delivery fee as follows:

      • Manila, Pasig, Pasay – P250
      • Quezon City – P200
      • San Juan, Marikina, Mandaluyong – P200
      • Malabon, Valenzuela – P220
      • Makati, Taguig – P270
      • Rizal – P270
      • Parañaque, Muntinlupa, Las Piñas – P200
      • For addresses in Bulacan, Cavite and Laguna, we check actual courier rates before booking.
